Yasmin was Adopted, Fri., 12/15/06.

Yasmin, a real beauty, #23451, was an owner surrender whose little girl was allergic to Yasmin. Well Yasmin's dream of finding a home in time for Christmas came true when the former owner found a good home for Yasmin with a good friend. Yasmin said goodbye yesterday, and all present, including the previous owner, felt that this was a Christmas miracle.

Our purr-fect cats CiCi and Candie were returned to Purrin' at Pantops on Sunday. It didn't work out for the new adoptive family.
We will work hard to find a new home for them.

Mona Lisa has a very interesting story to share . . . You may have heard about the Sunrise Standout Person Of The Week for NBC 29 TV on Sunday morning. This is such an honor and our Director, Jan, was chosen. As the taping and interviewing took place, one of our former adoptive moms came inside telling us there was a box full of kittens and a mom cat outside, and the kittens were running around in the grass. Well, that was Mona Lisa, and she and her kittens were on TV that Sunday. What a nice new beginning for this very young kitty herself. Mona Lisa and her kittens were not ready to be placed for adoption, so one of our Feline Foster Moms gave Mona Lisa and her kittens a comfortable foster home and took great care of them. The kittens were adopted immediately. Mona Lisa was placed with us at Purrin’ at Pantops, since that is were she was found. She is now ready for a nice home. She is an exceptionally terrific cat. She has the best personality, and she is a beauty! We feel this was her first litter of kittens.
