Oreo and I are doing well, she is in good health and good spirits to boot. I enjoy her company. She has her moments, but overall she is very well behaved, and I am impressed with her good manners when I compare her to other cats I have either had for a time or been around....good girl Oreo. I had a chance to photograph her some this past weekend. I will send you one of her at the sink and another of her playing with me."

DASH - a VERY TINY GREY & WHITE KITTEN - was ADOPTED from PURRIN' AT PANTOPS on SATURDAY, JANUARY 20, 2007 by an EXCELLENT FAMILY, who saw him on TV this past Wednesday.

Purrin' Cats: 3-year-old Calico Dolly, who was on TV last week, was adopted on Wed., Jan. 3, 2007 along with little Wilma, a black and white kitten with special needs. They went to the same home. I will keep in touch with their new mommy and post any new information.

We are still just babies at only 7 and 8 months old and would love to be adopted together. Our former foster mommy would be happy to tell you all about us. We are both long-haired and beautiful and look and act like little Teddy bears.

You mentioned that Oreo likes water dripping from the sink, well little did I know that meant she would turn on the water if I wasn't their to do it. She did that little trick on Thursday when I was at work. I had to laugh! She has made herself right at home here, lounging in my recliner whenever I'm out, watching the birds and other lively things outside at my window, she's quite the one for having a fun day, no matter what. When I'm here she's a lap-cat and that's ok with me.

Bazooka Joe has an interesting story to tell....he arrived at the shelter with bubble gum on his head. Our staff helped him and he is now bubble-gum free and hoping to find a forever home and a family to call his own. He is an adorable cuddly boy. He is also declawed.

Update: Bazooka Joe was adopted immediately when he arrived at Purrin' at Pantops on Monday, Aug. 14, 2006; however, he has been returned to the shelter. He is once again available for adoption at the shelter.
