Happy 2012 First Day of Summer
In the Northern Hemisphere the Summer Solstice begins on June 20, 2012. As a major celestial event, the Summer Solstice results in the longest day and the shortest night of the year. As the days lengthen, the sun rises higher and higher until it seems to stand still in the sky. Sherlock Felis Catus would like to remind everyone to drink plenty of water and make sure all your furry friends have plenty of fresh water and shade during this heatwave.
