Animal Control found Isabel locked in a bathroom with another cat without food or water for a long time!

The CASPCA treated Isabel, and she was then cared for by a loving foster family.

Considering what Isabel has been through she is obviously a wonderful courageous kitty. So if you want a spunky cat who gets along with people and other cats, come see Isabel at Purrin' @ Pantops and give her a loving, permanent home.
